Take 1 stick (5 g) 2 times a day. Pour the contents of the stick into a glass, add about 150 ml of water or any other aqueous preparation (juice, tea, milk, yogurt) mix well and take immediately. It is advisable to maintain a sufficient daily fluid intake.
