7X is a weight control program designed for a healthy, progressive and lasting transformation. This 7X box contains the 4 food supplements for phase 1 (week 1) of the program.

● One SLIM BOOST (7 shots to drink directly): a fat burner to support your metabolism.

● One GARCINIA+ (60 capsules): an appetite moderator to help you resist cravings throughout the day.

7X Protein +  Biscuit flavour
Using a graduated shaker, mix one serving (30 g) (one scoop provided inside the package) with 300 ml skimmed, semi-skimmed milk or
another drink (low-calorie vegetal milk or water), shake vigorously until dissolved, leave for one minute and then consume immediately.
It is important to maintain sufficient daily fluid intake.
7 x Slim Boost
Take 1 shot a day, preferably with the breakfast. Drink directly or dilute in a glass of water (200 ml). Shake well before use. The period of use is 7 days renewable if necessary.
7X GARCINIA+
Take 1 capsule 2 times a day, preferably 30 minutes before lunch and dinner with a large glass of water. The period of use is 1 month, renewable if necessary.
It is important to maintain a sufficient daily fluid intake.
7X Fibre Psyllium

Take 1 stick (5 g) 2 times a day. Pour the contents of the stick into a glass, add about 150 ml of water or any other aqueous preparation (juice, tea, milk, yogurt) mix well and take immediately. It is advisable to maintain a sufficient daily fluid intake.
